Asda has awful policies for its employies. They issue ritten warnings for sickness before correctly looking into it, I dont work for Asda but know others who do. And have been amazed by how they use there company policy incorrectly. Guys try having back to work interviews then ocupational helth then have the review not the other way round maby you then might keep some of your good employiees. I dont like Aldi but they pay better have faster checkouts and better prices. Do something before Wolmart kicks your ass. Hay heres a thought look into repetative strain injurys people on tills all day, top stocking with repeated use of ladders. Sort it or loose our custom!!!!
