Having an issue with ground rent that is in previous owners name , I have lived in my property for over 3 years only found out about this by opening a letter by mistake . How can company s operate with no phone number or fax , has taken 6 days to get a response with a question I have already provided the answer for , reading all the other reviews I m not looking forward to trying to solve this .
