After signing up and several attempts to get them assigned to a local Den/team nothing came of it for months. We attempted several time to reach out and got no response. I contested my membership fee charged to my credit card and they said the charge was valid because it was beyond their control. What a poor organization. I'm signing up my daughter for BSA -Cub scouts.
