An unfortunate dropping of my reservation meant that 3 days before vacation I discovered we had no place to go. I completed the online reservation weeks ago, input my payment and the screen showed I was good to go. Having made arrangements I relaxed and put it out of my mind. This week when I called to check a detail I was told that my reservation was dropped because of non payment. At the very least they could have sent an email asking if I still wanted the property. I am very disappointed. Also I am pretty computer savvy and had complete confidence that I was reserved. I believe it was a glitch in their system or a mistake on their part. I will have difficulty trusting their process again.
