AMAZING experience in United terminal where facilities and service are second to none. AWFUL experience in Internatinal terminal where service was so bad at Belgian Beer restaurant that I HAD to leave zero gratuity. Server Mike proceeded to racially stereotype me, then actually followed me to restroom for another rant before my trans-Atlantic flight. So hostile that my Newark experience became ultra negative in an instant.
