I ve worked here for a year and I admit, there s a lot of issues with this company, but I have seen miles of improvement since I got here. The new management seems to really care about making positive changes and I appreciate that. Even though there s a lot of things that go on that I don t like (constant protocol changes that are confusing, staff acting inappropriate towards patients and having inappropriate relationships with each other, issues with patient belongings, low pay, people who don t like their jobs, and gossiping among staff), I really see things beginning to turn around. They started a team of people meant to talk about problems and improve them and I thought that was great. I m not sure if they still have that. The CEO and CNO are kind and seem to want things to get better. There s a lot of staff here that really do care about the patients and each other, and it makes this a better place to work, at least for me. If you thrive in crisis situations, and work well with people, and have a passion for mental health, this place is for you. I can only give it 3 stars right now, but I hope things continue to improve so I can change my rating or give a better one down the road. I plan to work there as long as I can to try to make things better for the patients and see if this could become a really good place to seek treatment.
