I was involved in a car accident and was not at fault. I had a back injury from the accident and could not walk for a few months. Prior to working with Caroline and Jennifer, I was working with another law firm. They had dropped the ball, forgot about my case, and told me that they can no longer help me. It was a terrible experience and I never wanted to hire a lawyer again. Luckily, I decided to try one more time. I called John Day for the first time and was fortunate to have Caroline and Jennifer work on my case. From the first second that I spoke to Caroline, I knew that she truly cared about doing the right thing and making sure that my case would be handled the right way. With 2/3 of my time wasted with my previous lawyer, I really didn't know what to expect. Fortunately, Caroline and Jennifer were very professional, they knew exactly what to do and when to do it. They were really easy to work with and truly exceeded my expectations. I never felt uncomfortable talking to them, they were very knowledgeable about the case, and they kept me updated throughout every situation that occurred. With little time to work with, they were still able to achieve the best outcome for my case. I had a great experience with John Day thanks to Caroline and Jennifer and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for help. They are awesome!
