I very much appreciated John's oversight of making sure every detail was complete and submitted on time. My life happened to be particularly hectic at the time I was applying for a mortgage, and John stepped up to the plate to help me complete all items that were needed. That's the best compliment I can give him is to announce: Mortgage granted without a hitch!
