My wife and I stopped here on 5/21/19 for an after...

My wife and I stopped here on 5/21/19 for an after work bite to eat and chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We ordered drinks and food, at the bar and sat down to enjoy the seating around the firepit. Things went downhill from there ...once we received our drinks and sat down , almost immediately a huge bug flew right into my fresh drink. I returned to the bar and informed the female bartender, she gave a weird smirk, giggled and said " we're outside what do you want me to do" ? I was confused and said I wanted a fresh drink. To which she replied " I could purchase another drink " ????? I was shocked , so, I didn't make a scene I just ordered another drink. I subsequently looked for and spoke to the manager "Joe", and told him what happened.He cosigned her response. Additionally , I inquired what is the policy if a bug gets into your food/drink on the inside of the restaurant. He told me it would be replaced but since I was outdoors , the policy is, it's not their responsibility ?????? Bad , bad ,bad customer service from "Joe " the manager at Landmark....Bad customer service policy from Landmark the restaurant !!!! Beware !!!
