I just did the tour with some friends and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The assistant director of sales led us around and it was great to be engaged one-on-one with such Aloha, Kim was awesome. Every part of the production process was seen in detail. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and the factory workers are pro's; most have been there over a decade. We were fortunate to sample freshly roasted beans and got to observe the beans being roasted all the way to final packaging. There is no comparison with the scent and aroma and taste of coffee beans freshly roasted. At the end of the tour we got to see classic Lion Coffee machines and products in their museum, and stayed and chatted with the employees about coffee. There were many different kinds of brewed flavors that are only sold in the cafe which and we got to sample as much as we wanted! Best tour ever!

The smell of coffee in the factory is overpowering and so incredibly fresh- guaranteed to make you smile! They have tours in the English language and also tours in Japanese.
