For a hotel with a4.5 rating we were very disappointed with the noise that could be heard both in the rooms and halls. Could ve use some soundproofing. The theme room was nice but lacks decent lighting, not a bathrobe hook to be found in the bathroom. It s the little things that make a hotel exceptional. The valet parking we we were told would take 15 minutes, took 40 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but the hotel could use some updating.
