Jeff Nelmes was very professional. Prior to arriving, a text came to me saying that he was on his way to our house. He entered wearing a mask. Removed his work shoes and proceeded to service our furnace and gas fireplaces. As he worked, he explained what he was doing and what we might expect to happen with the elements over the coming years due to their age. I would recommend him.
