Hello friends I would like to shear my IKSC Experience with you, my name is Sneha Kulthe I am Production Engineer. I completed my engineering from Dr. D. Y. Patil college of Engineering Akurdi, Pune. In 2013. I came across IKSC through my friend. Before coming, I was very confused about my job and long term career path because of my 2year sabbatical gap.
When I took psychometric test, which is recommended by NASA to discover strength and weakness and career direction. Best on my psychometric test report, Mr. Atul Patil sir explain to me product design can be right option for me, which closely relates to my passion of new machines designing in CAD.
Here I have completed 6-month product design course and I think I have all relevant knowledge on creo2.0, 3.0 like modelling, detailing, basic simulation analysis, how to use six sigma in projects, value engineering, PLM, PDM, GD&T, etc. How to Answer HR questions, soft skills, reading industrial standard is important part of training at IKSC.
I completed here industrial projects, Monty house wearing innovative designs of buckets, 20-liter paint buckets for increasing its reliability and durability, Axle bolt redesign for scooter with 5% cost reduction, redesign scooter side stand for cost reduction.
All these learning improve my working ability and made me ready for the corporate word. IKSC way of Learning help us to enhance our knowledge and is equivalent to experience one can get in Industry in short period. We study and work here industrial way, daily tracking sheet, project tracking sheet, material sheet, 1Hrs daily meeting and discussion with sir has helped me to become industry ready.
