I should have picked Dr. Cole to begin with... Les...

I should have picked Dr. Cole to begin with... Lesson learned. At first, he seemed a bit abrasive and I waited over 2 hours past my appt. just to be seen (which got things off on the wrong foot) -but keep reading, because he's worth the wait.

This is my eighth knee surgery, and it's already the best. I have four incisions: 2 for tools (only one suture each), one that's 6", and another that's 2"... and neither of those had sutures. It's my most perfect closure, ever. Now, if that isn't enough... he has his own team of rockstars; does TedTalks because he's really that good at what he does, constantly training others and learning new techniques, and once you get to know him a little better you'll realize that he's not abrasive, but incredibly confident. And that confidence is why he's #3 in the nation in his field of advanced orthopedics and will give you your best surgery/recovery to date. Did I mention that his patients are always put first?

If you're still questioning whether to go to him because of the wait time, how long it'll take to get an appointment, or the limited time you'll spend with him... Stop it. I'm 2 months post-op and I can already do a lot more than I usually can at this stage -and that's with having a lot more done in this surgery than all of my past ones.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to say that Dr. Cole is MY surgeon... and you should be, too (if he's still taking patients, that is).
