If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Impact Recruitment helped me in my job search and big thanks to Olivia Truong who is an expert at her role. After each interview, I received a follow-up e-mail or call/text to see how it went, and what to prepare for going forward. She is a gem to work with, very caring, super knowledgeable and makes time for you instead of just treating you like a number. I've worked with a number of recruitment companies and their recruiters in Vancouver, and I have to say Olivia is the best.
