We have used this facility twice during the past year and we were extremely pleased with the care that our dog received. In both cases she was seen on an emergency basis and admitted. The rationale for admission was carefully explained and we appreciated the up front discussion of cost as part of the decision making process. Yes, specialized veterinary/emergency care is expensive and we do not carry pet insurance, so there can be some degree of sticker shock. Obviously what s affordable to address a pet s needs is an individual decision but for us, in both cases, our otherwise healthy dog was suffering from acute, severe symptoms that we could not have managed on our own or with our regular veterinarian. Our dog was assessed and treated skillfully and we were able to get her back home quickly. Dr. Linda Dziedzic took wonderful, personalized care of our dog and we very much appreciate her efforts to keep us informed on a busy weekend.
