I couldn't stay silent on this place. A wedding is a special time in someones life and this place made getting dresses the worst part of my wedding.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I reached out to have the owner contact me. It has been over a month and the owner has still not reached out. I have emailed directly to her and had emails forwarded to her (so they say). It is quite obviously a (VERY) small business... The showroom is small and awful. The whole environment is just not what you expect when walking into a speciality store on the UES just absolutely gross.The lighting is heinous, the carpet is disgusting, the fitting rooms look like something out of a sample sale (only worse), and the whole space is just claustrophobic. Go anywhere else. I bet you could get better customer service at a McDonald's.
