8 minutes from the Alarm going off to the sound of the fire Trucks!
Fortunately I had a false alarm, but within 8 minutes of my alarm going off, an operator tried to reach me at least twice, then contacted my second in line, then sent out the firemen. This is the second time I had to deal with an "emergency" with Telsco, and both times the service was quick, professional, CALM, and the follow up / follow through was friendly and timely. Having the call centre in Edmonton I believe makes a huge difference to the timeliness. They just don't take your money monthly and forget about you, they provide valuable customer service. Completely recommend them - they aren't my first alarm company, but they will definitely be my last!
