You have a lot of work to do. When I entered the room the air conditioner was broken then it turns out the TV too, I asked someone to come to the reception and fix the TV or they promised to change the number for me and nothing happened neither the TV was done nor the number was changed. Overall a very nice place but very expensive! You have a lot of work to do!
