I'm Very disappointed with the quality of customer service via the service department. My wife and I Purchased a 2015 Ford Focus SE on 3/22/2021 for $8700 cash. Within a week the radio went out making a Very loud popping sound then going to static. It has since been not working at all. I tried to contact your service department on several occasions leaving detailed information about our problem and no response. Now it has been just about 2 months since the problem happened and still no response. I'm pretty upset I spent a bit of money to get a fully functional car and to for you guys to not even call me back is no right. I called my local ford dealership and they say the Sterio Unit is defective and needs replaced for about $1000 dollars. This is a lot of money for us being we just spent over 10k for the car with all fees. I sent an email to customer service as well about 3 weeks ago and still no response. Just very poor customer service.
