Had a fantastic experience using Garantee Mortgage! First time home buyers and Dean made the process smooth and easy. My wife ended up having our baby on the day of closing and he went above and behond to ensure we could still close on the home that day. He had the title company send a notary to the hospital (upon our request) to get everything signed and completed. Can t say enough good things.
