I pay for unlimited data with our Suddenlink account. The account is in my daughter's name (Amy Rowe). We added a phone a week or so after initial installation and it came with an extra 250 megabytes of data. NOW Suddenlink has started charging "Data Cap Overages" because they're disregarding the unlimited data we pay for (almost $100 month) and are charging us under the extra 250 megabytes that came with the phone modem. I've called over and over since the June bill to get this resolved - with no satisfaction. I AM NOT PAYING FOR "DATA CAP OVERAGES" I don't owe. Customer Service reads from a script and doesn't seem to have the ability to think for themselves and resolve the problem.
