I m impressed, this was my best car buying experience in 38 years. I have driven Lexus and Mercedes the past 18 years and love my new Audi A8. The Audi provides more technical functionality, smooth drive and a much better value. My sales team consistently demonstrated trust, integrity and professionalism. When a problem was identified with the car I was going to purchase, they resolved it quickly and absorbed any additional cost.

My sales person, Crystal Taylor, was terrific without being intrusive. The sales manager, Neil Thompson, was helpful and straightforward. My finance guy, Dan Cody, customized a service package for me and had me on my way quickly on a cash deal. I was introduced to the service manager, Hunter Wall, who made me feel super confident in my new purchase. Special thanks to Gino Bresolin, another excellent sales professional. Gino volunteered to give me a comprehensive overview of my new car when my primary sales person had another appointment arrive. Everyone I worked with welcomed me to the Audi family.
