I received a summons and was greatly apprehensive about the entire situation as we were already stretched thin. I called and spoke with Mr. Russell Malone and he was professional, courteous and had great human interaction. Too many times, it's like speaking with a robot, but not with Mr. Malone! He was encouraging, smart, funny and left me relaxed and calm regarding my situation. Can't ask for better than that with debt collection
