The lawyer from Watson Geopel called Ravi. He is really rude and unprofessional. I just want him give a company a lawyer letter that this company use my information without my approval. But Ravi don t want to do that and give me multiple excuses. He said he can t give the a lawyer letter because my case is already in progress. But this company was not involved in my case, it s a different thing.

I tried to explain to him but he just being rude and hand up on me. It s look like he just wants me to hire them, he doesn t want do any extra work besides talking in phone. Because my English is not really good, I spend 3 hours wrote an email to him to explain our situation. But he did not even reply my email. He just called me and told me he cannot do that.

I recommended the LegalShield to all my friends, I thought this program is genius. But now I m thinking this program is just a marketing. And you didn t even want do the job is included in the package. Totally useless, I m gonna cancel my membership. I paid it for 3 months and didn t get any help.

They don t want to do any extra work besides talking through phone!!!
