Worst hotel experience since a long time. Was not able to get into the hotel around 5am, standing in front of locked doors with nobody answering the bell or call. Reception not availavle for 24h as promised in info sheet. Late checkout at extra cost. No soap provided in the room but some papers from previous guests remaining in the room.
