Yesterday marks the third time that I had NO phone...
Yesterday marks the third time that I had NO phones or internet service, since Metrocast sold to Atlantic!!! Using my cell phone, I used up my minutes, holding for hours, creating an overage, which cost me!! You just cannot get past customer service, IF you do get that far. TERRIBLE service. I got up at 6am this morning and finally got a live voice to send a signal to my wifi to clear it.
They do not deserve even a one star. Totally unacceptable service!!! So tired of listening to their music on hold!!!!!
