A very disappointing experience and absolute waste...

A very disappointing experience and absolute waste of time. I received an unsolicited text from an employee (local number) at the dealership explaining discounts on 2017 Rams. I provided this person with the VIN number and a screenshot of the truck I was interested in and asked for the best price. I received a text back that the online price "of course" wasn't the best price and we can discuss if I come in. After taking the truck for a test drive the price went up $9,000. Assuming it was an honest mistake I took them through the text thread. I was informed they won't honor the price they have online even though it was verified by VIN by an employee of the dealership. Additionally, according to this dealership my 4 yr old Ram with a clean record and avg. miles has depreciated nearly 60%. It is clear this dealership lacks integrity, honesty and fails to see value in the very trucks they sale. I encourage anyone considering buying from this dealership to save your time and look elsewhere. It's very disappointing we don't have a Ram dealership we can trust in Bentonville........I waited more than 24 hrs to write this review, the price of this truck online has not changed.

An unfortunate update: 1 week later the price of this vehicle is still much lower online than at the dealership and regretably the General Manager has not contacted me.
