We transferred our service from one address to ano...

We transferred our service from one address to another over 3 years ago and had to have our bill current to do so. Now suddenly, they claim we didn t transfer service but instead set up a new account and owe them $128 from the old account. We have 30 days to pay it or they will disconnect our current address. Our one and only notice about this was this demand for payment.

Multiple customer service reps were rude. One kept putting me on hold because she said she didn t want to listen to me when I would call her out on the multiple inconsistencies in their lies. The supervisor, Meredith, was downright disrespectful and condescending. She told me that we needed to learn to pay our bills on time. Sorry ma am but we do pay our bills and we paid this one and I will be contacting our bank and previous landlord to prove that.
