I called John Moore to get a second Opinion on my AC unit that quit working. The other company came out and told me right away that it was my Compressor and was looking at almost 3000 to repair along with freon . Leo with John Moore came and found that it was not the compressor and it would only cost me only 599. Where I m going with this is when you are looking to get something repaired that some companies my seem more expensive, but at the end of the day you get the truth and as you see I saved a lot of money. John Moore if you are reading this I want to thank you for your customers service, and professionalism Leo gave us. In this day and time it s nice to have people that still believes in ethnics along with your customer service. Thank you
