Horrible. Avoid at all costs. Need a light bulb hope your prepared to call maintenance 60 times. Absolute worst company in Los Angeles.

The owner(s) are liars, there is no property manager or security at this property, there are however a bunch of homeless people in the hallways.

Holes in the walls? Check
Bad plumping? Check
Sewage coming up from the drains and toilet? Check
Criminal level of noise and squatters in the building? Check

You will regret it if you live here for even a day.
