Terrible incompetent car service. I waited over 45 minutes for my car at La Guardia, and was also given the wrong pick up area. I was later told there was a backlog at La Guardia and my car was not even assigned until 25 minutes after I called, which they neglected to tell me when I first called to confirm my arrival.
