I ve actually never given an online review, but I am so furious right now I felt I had to share this experience to prevent it from happening to others. My husband reserved a car for our family from La Guardia weeks before our arrival. He also updated them through the day when our flight was delayed. To make a long story short, because they were backed up they left our family - including my 4 month old and 4 year old stranded at the airport. Not even an apology. Just said they would return our money. Left us scrambling for a cab in the rain. My poor babies were so tired and it took over an hour for us to get back. Thank goodness we brought our own car seats or we would have been in real trouble. Unreliable. Undependable. Awful service: Never again.
