I booked a car 24 hours in advance of my 14 hour flight home from abroad, I put in my flight information at the time of booking. I received a confirmation email and when I collected my luggage I used the app to say I was ready for a car. The app informed me the driver was on the way but the pickup was at the wrong terminal. I called, got hung up on, called again and was told the driver would come to me at the correct terminal in 8 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes total I called back and was at that time informed they didn t have a car for me! I was told I could continue to wait but there was no driver available.
