Great service. Easy to use website. Straightforward disclaimers and pricing. Clear instructions. Fast response. We waited only several minutes after we called to notify that we are ready for pick up and our exact location. A driver was polite and took care of our luggage. Will use this service again soon. UPDATE: Used Carmel service again on our way back to Newark airport. I didn't even need to call them - a driver has being waiting for us already before scheduled time! And, instead of a regular car, there was a minivan. Kids were thrilled. I will definitely use this service again next time!
