I went this morning for an oil change and overall ...

I went this morning for an oil change and overall maintenance check for my 2013 ExpIorer. I arrived around 8 and was greeted promptly. Rick helped check me in, we talked about what I needed and I mentioned a small, what appeared to me to be oil leak and asked if that could be checked. I went to the waiting area as using past experiences I knew I'd be out of there pretty quickly and it saved multiple trips. Rick came in a bit later telling me what they had found. We talked about the things that needed done right away for safety, brakes, and things that should be done but not immediate needs. Since I was there I said let's just do it all. He then informed me the leak was actually a bigger deal as it was related to a problem with the transfer case. He said they needed to keep it but at 9 he would call the warranty company (I had the extended warranty) and that he'd get me a loaner car and out of there as quickly as possible. Rick explained things clearly and worked efficiently! Shortly after 9 he came to get me to tell me my loaner was all set! When I asked when to expect the work to be completed he said oh hopefully later today it's all apart and he's already working on it but worst case scenario would be Monday! I could not have been more pleased, I assumed with getting a loaner we were talking about this taking days! I was shocked that getting the loaner for the day was a non issue and done without any hesitation! I originally told Rick I needed a couple things from my vehicle most importantly my handicapped placard. Rick had that in hand when the loaner car was ready! About 4 pm as Rick promised he called to give me an update. Fortunately the vehicle was ready! I went back right away. Rick and the rental person (sorry I didn't get her name)were ready with paperwork and my keys when I arrived. I paid for the normal maintenance and Rick even took the time to go get my vehicle as it was outside and down the side of the building. For what could have been a very trying and costly experience Rick went out of his way to ensure I was well taken care of and he handled everything seamlessly. I didn't have to make any warranty calls, or even search for friends to come pick me up and take me back later. Rick your customer service skills were awesome and greatly appreciated! Car issues are never fun, but you sure made things easy, for which I'm very grateful! Thanks Rick and team for a job well done!
