Quite a unique visit! First of all I would like to thanks their product advisor Alex for providing a professional and patient service on touring on the vehicle. Even though we are unable to complete the sales yet I do appreciate your service. However, by the time I request the return of the photo copy of my driver license I am being told that "Just return the copy to them as there's a cost for us to shred the paper anyway." I am stocked that I have offend your colleague by requesting my copies of my own driver license.
