DO NOT GO HERE.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.. Charge 90 to diagnose. Said they would call after one hour to let me know the issue, if any. AFTER 24 hours, I called them, and they said that it would be 7-10 days before they would get to my Mac , as I only paid for standard service.. Standard, what the hell? I got NO SERVICE. RIP OFF RIP OFF.. very Sketchy to say the least. To do anything, it's a minimum of 90 and they never once said it would be 7-10 days just to get a diagnosis.. totally BS outfit. STAY AWAY.. and YES, they say they are authorized APPLE repair.. Take to APPLE.. I took back my MAC this morniing and walked it in to APPLE , and after a couple hours, I GOT A DIAGNOSIS, and at NO CHARGE.. STICK with APPLE STORE
