If I could give negative 5 stars I would. This carrier has got to be the worse carrier our company has ever dealt with. If it was not for the supplier scheduling these pickups we would NEVER EVER call Alden. They are late every single day at least 4 to 5 hours from their window time. When you try to email or call them they ignore you. They have answered the phone a few times and heard my voice and hung right up. What kind of company is this? They do not know how to schedule their trucking and they just throw random people on the routes who dont even know where the hell they are going 99% of the time. They just show up and say "i have a truck" The customer support is ridiculous and I will be filing a complaint with our supplier to get a different carrier for our route. These people will waste your time so DO NOT BOTHER! NEGATIVE 5 STARS
