I just moved to Oakville, Ontario from Florida in August and I was referred to this hair salon by a friend of mine. I had to bring my infant with me as I don t have any baby sitters yet (ughhhh). I didn t realize it at the time, but my baby was dealing with a double ear infection. When we got to the salon, he was asleep, but when he woke up he screamed and screamed. The INCREDIBLE ladies at this salon were so understanding. I was mortified that I couldn t calm my child down. I felt so bad. The woman at the front desk offered to hold my child while I was getting my hair done. It was incredibly selfless of her. I was so embarrassed that I couldn t get my child to stop crying, but she got him to fall asleep. It was awesome. As for my stylist, Rachel, she was amazing. Seriously. I chopped all my hair off. Went completely short. And she made it look exactly how I envisioned. She was incredibly understanding and kind (especially with a crying baby in her ear). The whole staff was just incredibly sweet an accommodating. I ll be making another appointment soon (without the baby!)
