A very delicate and very serious agency! Most of the time when I need airline tickets I appeal to them. I make reservations and on the internet but go directly to the agency for cash payment. It's safer, and you can ask any misconception (get rid of a stress) when traveling in the family. Although there are several offices to receive customers most of the times we have found only two functional ones. One over the last I recommend this agency!
