Not a bad place to work, I liked the coworkers and the 3rd shift boss Ronald he was one of the best boss i had. I must also give credit to Shasta she basically the only one on human resources and she so efficient for working solo. I worked in places with multiple HR lady's and they didn't even accomplish half of what she did, she also explained calmly anything that you needed.

Only reason I truly left was because there was lack of opportunity to move up, I was driving from afar and economically I wasn't well i needed a pay increase. during the interview I was basically promised I would get soldering classes I never did, also that I would fill in for Test Tech position but found out there was no spot to fill so that worked my morale a bit.

Other than that i liked the job. if I had opportunity to learn how to solder I wouldn't left.
