Easy and simple to use website. Good quality parts almost always less than auto parts stores. I highly recommend them. So far, no issues with them. I don't dig the fact that they have a 30 day return/exchange policy. Sometimes people don't get around to it within that time frame, if they are spending their money for the part plus S&H they should be able to return/exchange any time within, say, 6 months.
I also had some time to read some reviews from other customers on the rockauto website. The fact that, If You Accidentally order the Wrong Part, and they Don't Help You out really bugs me. We're all human, mistakes happen. Be more understanding RockAuto.
