Wish I could give 0 stars. As well as many other customers, I will probably not get a response, 2.1 stars and they still don't care about their customers. They double charged me and my roommate for our electric bill. The staff were very unfriendly when we called and asked about it. I was also put on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes to 2 hours 50 minutes. I couldn't sit around for an hour so I decided to leave my phone on speaker while I was at work, and the representative was very short with me and very defensive, claiming that they never do that and that we were both charged for a reason unbeknownst to them. This made me incredibly angry and I asked them to refund one of the charges, especially since my roommate was out of town for the last month and had nothing to do with the electric, but they said they would reach back out to me in 7 business days. So far I have had a terrible TERRIBLE experience with this company. In the past, they've been unable to do anything about my outages, I couldn't even report them. If you have any choice, don't go with this company. They don't care about their customers whatsoever as evidence of their reviews and no responses. Hopefully someone new takes over and changes the way they work, because at this rate, they're probably losing hundreds of customers, including myself, be it from personal experiences or the reviews alone.
