I stayed the entire duration of my lease. My than roommate choose to stay on after. She had to sign a new lease. They told me because she was on the current lease and staying I needed to pay $100 to be released from the lease. Excuse me, there was nothing to release me from. My lease was over. The horror stories you hear are true. Building maintenance is at a minimum. The customer service agents treat you like garbage. Yes the parking is enforced by a different agency-however hearing about the type of problems tenants face you'd think they'd step up and maybe look for a different agency. Like it or not their poor business practices reflect badly on the management company too. Turn over rate is high for all of these reasons.

***On a side note, I'm now with a wonderful property management company with friendly, attentive agents. The grounds are always clean and inviting. If you call for anything they are willing to help with a cheerful tone. I recommend Johnson Property Management if you're looking for a great company.
