Terrible customer service. I understand these are handmade products but telling me it would be 30 days then coming back afterwards and saying 60 is insane. I asked for a refund and they wouldn t give it. Rather they said your product will ship soon. Took me emailing 5 times with no responses before I finally got a response. Last email gave me the same runaround..,,,it will ship soon. I don t ever expect to see my product. Chalking it up as a loss and will let everyone know not to purchase anything from this horrible company. Stay away! Seems to be a scam of some sorts. Can t believe they once got someone like Jimmy Walker to endorse their products.
