So far I'm really happy with the computer, BUT I was told by one rep it didn't include a mouse and keyboard and another that it did. In the end I didn't get one with my package. So that was a bit frustrating. Overall pleased with the product I hope it lasts, as this is my 1st refurbished PC purchase
