AVOID RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AND TRY TO CROSS BETWEEN 9AM-2PM. otherwise you'll be stuck for 2-3 hours in the line. The ferry is heavily mismanaged. Bribery is very common so you either have to pay someone to cut in line or people will cut in front of you. Otherwise it is very fast. There are 4 ferries running usually with high frequency but rush hour is a mess
