Cardigan did a fine job remodeling two bathrooms for us. They came in on schedule (for the most part) and on budget. We did have a couple of issues with scheduling (e.g., two workers sked to show up between 8 and 9 a.m., but only one showed up at 11.a.m.). I ended up helping him with the demolition (no big deal; I volunteered). A mistake in cutting a piece of backsplash delayed finishing the job for a week. Again, no big problem. The bathroom was usable at that point. Had to ask the technician to caulk around the perimeter of the Kohler Choreograph used in the master bath. He said they don't normally do that, but I pointed out some gaps that I feared might allow water to seep in behind the board. Overall, an acceptable job. I don't, as a rule, recommend contractors, so don't assume anything because I don't include a recommendation.
