Either the management team, marketing team or customer relations team need to undergo training, or change new blood. Look at the number of reviews pertaining to service and food quality, NONE is being attended to, CE LA VI team, please close down the SG outlet once the lease is up, and let other restaurant with better standard and quality take over.

No answer for phone call from this restaurant at all, i suspect their phone number on the website is just for show. Customer relations team reply email as though they are texting their friend, and can take up to more than a day s time to reply email.

Made a reservation at this restaurant as it s my parent s wedding anniversary. Ordered a bouquet of roses on my dad s behalf and wanted to have it delivered to the restaurant so as to surprise my mom. Checked with the restaurant via email before I placed order for the flower to ensure that they are able to help me receive the flower prior to our reservation timing, they replied okay, until 2 days before my reservation, they asked me to inform the florist to have it delivered after a specific timing, which apparently the florist is unable to do so as the delivery is dispatch by areas. Emailed back to restaurant to check if there are any restriction if it s not delivered within the given timing, as expected, i did not hear back.

On the day of reservation, the reception at level 1 of MBS Hotel Tower 3 doesn t give off a welcoming feel. She just look at us and say nothing until I ask if she need to see our reservation email, she says no need, just give her my name, i told her my name and she requested to see my email instead, what a joke. As it was a wet weather condition with quite a heavy downpour, it took quite sometime for the receptionist to check with the receptionists outside the restaurant if we could be allowed to go up. Eventually we went up, and the receptionist on level 57 told us that our table was not ready due to the heavy rain, and we were told to wait at an area first, another receptionist directed us to follow her to the supposed waiting area, we followed her but she was out of sight shortly as she walk so fast, without considering that we have our parents to attend to under wet weather condition, we have to approached another staff member who was on duty near the pool side of the hotel. Turns out we made a big round back to the reception area again and the receptionist told us the waiting area is just right beside the reception table. *roll eyes* I questioned her, why do you get your colleague to direct us and lead the way if the waiting area was just right at where we stood when we first came up? No explanation and no apology at all. After another 10min, we were told that our table is ready, it was in the lounge with a small table, crowded and noisy with loud music, we have to compromise our initial reservation for the outdoor seat due to the rain. As it was my parent s anniversary, we did not want to continue to stay on for the bad service, and we cancelled our reservation and went to somewhere else which we didn t regret, the food and service there is a 1000x times better. (oh btw, this is also the place i get the florist to deliver my flower to, because Ce La Vi just can t be bothered to reply my email thereafter).

I thought it was just me who have an unpleasant experience even before I fulfil my reservation and dining experience. Came to take a look at google reviews, so many people shared their negative experiences.

Although I did not manage to dine here, but i agree with others, there are better restaurants and bars out there, if you are here for the views, just pay for the sky park ticket. It s my first visit, and also my last, i will not be coming back here until it close down and change a new tenant.
